Purchasing from me 
 
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you agree that you are purchasing digital, non-tangible goods and as such are not entitled to a refund of said goods, regardless of the reason why.

By shopping with me, you accept the following terms and conditions. Please make sure you understand and agree to them.

As a buyer, you are not acquiring the ownership of the original images, but you are acquiring THE RIGHT TO USE THEM under specific conditions. By purchasing, you are licensing design resources which are meant to be incorporated into "derivative" designs. Author retains all copyrights to the enclosed materials.

You can use for personal and commercial use, except:
DO NOT include in any other collections for sale or for free .
YOU CANNOT sell these on any auction site or any personal site. 
YOU CANNOT redistribute these on any free sharing site.
YOU CANNOT include these in any CD collection or for any download. 
THESE CANNOT be redistributed in any way or form other then (see below)

The images MAY be used for any personal or commercial project as long as they are not used “as they are.” This means you have to incorporate them into other images or put your own elements before you can claim them as “derivative designs.”
The images MAY be incorporated into both personal and commercial designs and sold or given away as "derivative" works IF the original image and the elements of the original image cannot be extracted from the final work.

The images MAY NOT be shared with friends or in file sharing sites. You MAY NOT redistribute them or claim as your own.

Backgrounds:
  
You MAY use them for your personal and commercial artwork, collages, photomanipulations, as photography backdrops (To enhance a persons portrait), in scrapbooking designs, in tags, websites, greeting cards, postcards, etc.

You MAY make and sell prints of your artworks using my backgrounds

For your personal usage you MAY print them as they are.

You MAY NOT use the backgrounds in whole or as cropped/cut out elements to create competitive backgrounds.

The images MAY NOT be shared separately or included in another resource pack (as they are) for sale or for free.

You MAY NOT sell the images in a printed form as they are. Providing you have incorporated other elements within the backgrounds as your design then you may sell them.

This is not a merchant resource.You cannot print these out for use as physical backgrounds.

These digital backgrounds are meant as backdrops for photographers to enhance people portraits and Photoshop them into and then sell as finished photo manipulations to your clients.You can use these backgrounds to create fantasy portraits for sell to your clients.

PNG Resources:
You MAY use them for your personal and commercial artwork, collages, backgrounds, photomanipulations, in digital scrapbooking, in tags, websites, greeting cards, postcards, printables, etc.

You MAY make and sell prints of your artworks.

Elements included in product packs MAY NOT be shared separately or included in another resource pack (as they are) for sale or for free.

Additional Information:
Backgrounds are JPG files.
To open them you will need any software that supports JPG format. 
They are not available in layers (unless it is specified in product description) and no custom changes on images are possible. What you get is the set of images exactly as you can see them in the previews.

PNG files are provided on a transparent background and may be easily copied and pasted as separate layers in any software that supports PNG format, such as Photoshop,Gimp etc.
